- A handset that is not in the catalogue. Brand and full model name.
- Billing, a subscription or an invoice. Use the same email address the account was created with, so it can be matched.
- Access to an account you can no longer sign in to.
Before you write about a fitment
Compatibility groups are compiled from recorded fitments, and a catalogue this size will contain mistakes. Checking the part against the handset before ordering in quantity is worth the minute it costs. See the terms for what that means in practice.
