Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for Mobile Parts Finder subscriptions are non-refundable. This page says so plainly so that nobody finds out afterwards.

Refunds

Subscription payments are not refunded, in whole or in part, once they have been made. This applies to a period already started and to a renewal that has gone through. This is subject to applicable law and to the requirements of the payment provider, which take precedence where they conflict with this page.

Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and that period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Before you subscribe

The catalogue can be searched without paying, so what a plan adds can be seen before it is bought. Look first if you are unsure it fits how you work.

Something went wrong with a payment

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something you did not buy, write to Stark.ai.India@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the payment reference. A billing error is not a refund request and is dealt with on its own terms.
